Car won't lock after battery disconnect. This is solved via immobilisation in SDD. Issue two less common: Key not recognised at all hence no ignition, immobilisation not possible. This is done via cluster reprogram as it will bypass the key sequence, turns ignition itself and do the immobilisation at the end.

If the lights flash but the solenoid doesn't operate it suggests 12V power isn't getting to the unit. Once everything is correctly connected and insulated, test it and if it still doesn't work correctly try disconnecting the battery for a while, say half an hour, then re-connect - and run the roof programme.
Put Key in Car Ignition. Take Self, Do not turn on the Engine and Remove Key. Tap Alarm Button 4 Times Continuously and Keep Pressing it for 5th Time, till an alarm sound comes in. Now continue pressing Alarm Button and also press Lock Button on the Key simultaneously. It implies that Security Alarm System is activated in Car.
